Hemsec “A Cool Business” was first founded by Cyril Hemmings, the father of our current Chairman Keith, over 75 years ago.

The business has evolved from hand crafting insulated cabinets for ice cream storage in the early years, right through to manufacture, supply and installation of a range of insulated core composite panels in the construction of Cold storage, food process and pharmaceutical facilities.

Hemsec has always been at the forefront of our industry, with manufacturing divisions turning out everything from flashing fabrications to the latest composite panels including PIR and Mineral Fibre cores.

We in the installations division pride ourselves in delivering a complete service from cost engineering projects to finite design detailing, problem solving and a quality construction on site, aiming to achieve the best possible build for our clients.
